Off-Site Graduate Programs Financial Responsibility Form

I understand that as a graduate student registered with The College of New Jersey's Off-Site Graduate Programs, I must reconcile any and all outstanding balances before the commencement of any course. I am assuming financial responsibility for the payment of tuition and fees incurred while enrolled at The College of New Jersey's Off-Site Graduate Programs.

If my plans change and I do not notify Off-Site Graduate Programs at osgp@tcnj.edu, the Office of Student Accounts may apply late fees to my account.
