Tour Availability & Arrival Expectations

Group tours are available during the following seasons:

Fall: September-December
Spring: February-May
Summer: June-August

To provide the best experience for your students, please plan to arrive by 9:45 AM. Groups arriving after 10:15 AM may need to have portions of their tour experience adjusted or cancelled due to time constraints.

If you expect to arrive late because of travel distance, school scheduling or other circumstances, please call our front desk at 609-771-2131 so we can adjust your itinerary and help ensure a successful visit.

Visit Preferences

Please provide two preferred visit dates when submitting your request. Fall 2026 Group tours are offered on select Mondays & Wednesdays. We will make every effort to accommodate your first-choice date; however, availability is not guaranteed.

Programming & Add-On Requests

Are there any academic schools, programs, and/or services (e.g. Educational Opportunity Fund Program) that you would like your students to learn about or connect with during your visit? Although we cannot guarantee availability of community members outside of the Admissions Office during your visit we will make every effort to accommodate these types of requests.

Meal Requests & Accommodations

Group tour guests have the opportunity to eat lunch on TCNJ's campus. Visitors can pay using cash or card at any of our campus dining facilities. If advanced notice is provided (MINIMUM TWO WEEKS NOTICE), we also offer lunch tickets for access to The Atrium at Eickhoff Hall for $11.01 each. We will send an invoice to groups who wish to pre-purchase their lunch tickets and will require a check from the group when they arrive at TCNJ for their scheduled tour.
